Vendor Information
We'd love to have you strut your stuff in our new expanded Vendor Maul. As bearish things tend to do... we've expanded, a lot, in multiple dimensions.
Time - We've adjusted the operating hours of the Vendor Maul to better match the times our guests are likely to be unscheduled and on the prowl for your wares.
Space - We have the glorious ballroom for our Vendor Maul, with street level access to assist with getting your products in, and your space set up faster.
Presence - Expand your presence in the Vendor Maul. Because of the expanded capacity and flexibility of the space, we are able to offer a limited number of "Bear Sized" vendor spreads. In addition, this year we are able to offer electrical and credit access to any vendor in the Maul for an additional fee*.
Bear Camp 2010 will provide each Vendor with the following:
- Regular Sized Booths -3 Tables (8.5' x 8.5') 2 Chairs
- BEAR-sized Booths**- 4 Tables (14.5' x 8.5') 2 Chairs
**Bear-sized booths are limited and are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Vendors will be responsible for the following:
- Display Racks
- Drop Cloths to cover your tables when the Vendor Maul is closed. The hotel will not provide linens.
Vendors may not make alterations to the walls, ceilings, or other permanent elements of the room
Vendor Maul Hours:
- The Vendor Maul will take place in the Ballroom, located in the Lobby of the hotel.
- Dates: Thursday, Friday and Saturday Aug 12-14, 2010.
- Setup: Thursday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Maul Hours: Thursday, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Friday, 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
- Tear Down: Saturday, 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
All other times, the Vendor Maul will be securely locked to prevent the need for packing and unpacking. Times subject to change as needed.
Vendor Prices:
There is no vendor fee, however, everone MUST register and pay for Bear Camp. We've worked with the hotel to get electricity to every vendor spot in the Maul. Please let us know if you have other special needs. We will do our very best to accommodate special requests - please understand if we are unable to attend to all special requests due to logistics beyond our control. Vendors MUST register to attend Bear Camp 2010.
Run Book Ads:
Vendors are entitled to a half page ads in the Run Book, as well as the availability of including a free coupon in the Run Pack to bring people to your booth. Vendor MUST provide ad and/or coupon by July 12, 2010 to be included in the Run Book or Run Pack. Vendor must provide 350 coupons (quantity subject to change depending on number of registrants).
For consideration as a vendor, please complete our vendor agreement and return it to the Bear Camp Chairman.
